A value of a person how it comes. It’s not a position just to be simple not to be rude. The time is so precious not just for me not just for her. The interview just happened… Round and rounds and I was so excited to join the organisation. But things were just left behind. This happened for the first time. But my childhood learning from my ideals and school and the reputed to the global it’s just a road I think we all still need people for planning with the time and the so-called organization can’t take care of the safety of the woman’s who is working for them.

Pvt or ltd. Please give your assistance to their female employees whether she is from the lower grade or the higher grade.
Still, women are working and aren’t t safe. It’s a request at least these International organizations assist their female employee. Nobody Know how much pressure a woman carries with her and still, she has to prove her best in her field. If she finds the same female head might have so much experience but still she supposes to learn before giving orders like she is giving it to her maid.
Some people get jobs because of their Dad, Mother, Siblings etc but still, people are worthless why the organization put them to the top but still I think I have to learn from them might be I am wrong in avoiding things,
Everyone needs a second chance but the second chance never goes with the Experienced one.
